Netflix Finally Launches iTV But Stock Still Lags Sector

NFLX' stock has been down about 12% since the new year. The company has looked to buoy the stock with a movie on demand service that downloads movies to PCs. Reviews from the New York Times and the blogosphere are over the moon. Tech reviewers just want to believe in Netflix as it is the white hat to blackhats worn by Blockbuster and the Walmart.
We cannot recommend buying Netflix, even at the current lowered price. Netflix's competition is just too strong from so many quarters: Apple, Bittorrent, Blockbuster, Google, you name it. For those who roide NFLX on the way up we say way to go, for others its buyer beware.
Also, to be upfront, we have been happy Netflix users for years but cancelled the service last week.
