Memo From Michael Dell: Keep It Simple Stupid

An email today Dell's worldwide staff calls for reaching more customers and making its own technology simpler for users.
Dell also said the company has to streamline its management structure to speed up decision making, as well as considering business models beyond Dell's original direct-sales dynamic: "The Direct Model has been a revolution, but is not a religion," Dell wrote.
